Using a VPN

Some internet providers, corporate networks, and school networks block required connections. If a product tool or download fails to connect, using a VPN resolves this in many cases.

We recommend Cloudflare WARP. It is free, lightweight, and does not require an account.

Installing Cloudflare WARP

1. Download the installer from the official Cloudflare page: 1.1.1.1 - Cloudflare WARP .
2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen steps.
3. Once installed, WARP opens in the system tray.

Enabling WARP

1. Click the WARP icon in the system tray.
2. Click the toggle to turn WARP on.
3. Wait a few seconds for the connection to establish.

Using WARP

1. Enable WARP as described above.
2. Retry the download or connection step that was failing.
3. Keep WARP on until the product is fully injected, then turn WARP off.

Troubleshooting WARP

• If WARP fails to connect, toggle it off and on again.
• If WARP is already installed but outdated, reinstall it from the link above.
• If the issue continues, contact support using the instructions provided with your purchase.
