Using a VPN
Some internet providers, corporate networks, and school networks block required connections. If a product tool or download fails to connect, using a VPN resolves this in many cases.
We recommend Cloudflare WARP. It is free, lightweight, and does not require an account.
Installing Cloudflare WARP
- Download the installer from the official Cloudflare page: 1.1.1.1 - Cloudflare WARP .
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen steps.
- Once installed, WARP opens in the system tray.
Enabling WARP
- Click the WARP icon in the system tray.
- Click the toggle to turn WARP on.
- Wait a few seconds for the connection to establish.
Using WARP
- Enable WARP as described above.
- Retry the download or connection step that was failing.
- Keep WARP on until the product is fully injected, then turn WARP off.
Troubleshooting WARP
- If WARP fails to connect, toggle it off and on again.
- If WARP is already installed but outdated, reinstall it from the link above.
- If the issue continues, contact support using the instructions provided with your purchase.
