The loader could not acquire the privileges needed to operate.
Steps to Resolve
- Right-click the loader and select Run as administrator.
- Confirm that your Windows user account has administrator rights.

If the error persists after running as administrator with a full admin account, Contact Support and include the system logs collected with System Diagnostics Option 3 (Copy System Logs).
