Load Driver Error #78766 — Driver Download Failed
The driver file was not downloaded correctly. This usually means the download was blocked, interrupted, or saved as an empty or corrupted file after retry attempts.
Steps to Resolve
Follow these steps in order before contacting support.

Enable a VPN and retry the download. Your ISP, workplace, school network, or router security settings may be blocking the connection to the support channel.
Cloudflare WARP is commonly used for this because it is simple to install and easy to disable after testing.
Disable Antivirus
Temporarily disable Windows Defender or any third-party antivirus software before retrying the download.
After disabling protection, add the product tool folder to your antivirus exclusions list, then try opening the loader again.
Retry Download
If the download still fails, wait a few minutes and try again. Temporary instability can cause the driver download to fail even when your setup is correct.
Contact Support
If none of the steps above resolve the issue, contact support and include a screenshot of the error.
Also include the system logs collected with System Diagnostics Option 3 — Copy System Logs.

Open the diagnostics tool, choose Option 3 — Copy System Logs, and paste the copied logs into your support ticket.
