    This blue screen occurs when Windows Kernel Debugging is enabled. The driver cannot load while debugging mode is active.

    Fix BSOD 0x4444441

    Follow the steps below to disable Kernel Debugging and restart Windows.

    Disable Kernel DebuggingTurn off Windows debugging mode using BCDEdit Verify ConfigurationConfirm debugging mode has been disabled successfully System Diagnostics ToolCollect logs and minidumps for support review Contact SupportSubmit logs and crash information for assistance

    Disable Kernel Debugging

    1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
    2. Run bcdedit /debug off
    3. Press Enter and confirm the command completed successfully.
    4. Restart your PC.

    Verify Configuration

    After rebooting, launch the loader again and test the product. If the blue screen no longer occurs, the issue has been resolved.

    System Diagnostics Tool

    If the issue continues after disabling Kernel Debugging, use the System Diagnostics Tool to collect logs and the generated BSOD minidump file.

    Include both the diagnostics information and the minidump when contacting support.
