    What to Include

    Providing complete information upfront avoids delays. Include:

    • Product name - which product you purchased.
    • Game name and launcher - the game you were trying to run and how you launch it.
    • Windows version - open winver in the Start menu and take a screenshot.
    • Error message - the exact error code or message shown by the loader.
    • Screenshot - a screenshot showing the error.
    • System logs - use the System Diagnostics Tool and run Option 3 (Copy System Logs). For driver errors, include the copied driver logs too.
    • Recent changes - Windows updates, driver updates, antivirus changes, or new software installed before the issue started.
