What to Include
Providing complete information upfront avoids delays. Include:
- Product name - which product you purchased.
- Game name and launcher - the game you were trying to run and how you launch it.

winverin the Start menu and take a screenshot. - Error message - the exact error code or message shown by the loader.
- Screenshot - a screenshot showing the error.
- System logs - use the System Diagnostics Tool and run Option 3 (Copy System Logs). For driver errors, include the copied driver logs too.
- Recent changes - Windows updates, driver updates, antivirus changes, or new software installed before the issue started.
