Professional and very prompt
New to the DMA scene and they helped me get everything set up and working from the very beginning. 
Professional and very prompt on responding to questions you have around FW or DMA hardware. 1000% the best on the market when it comes to support and the product provided. 
I will be going all in with them on hardware and chair now that they got me up an running. If you use anyone else for FW or chair you are doing yourself a disservice. 
Only people to use. Joker knows his shit and his staff know their shit too. You don't have to wait and get a half baked response from some random support person.

Best server on the planet... best customer services/support you can ask for , i know i was getting worrisome with my million questions and my conflict pc but they stuck with me the whole way until i got it done with the Dma . --- now everything is working wonderful and great.
